If I could give -5 stars i would. Quality is atrocious. No support after install. Installed improperly and left to be ongoing safety issues for my customers. Leaks terribly everywhere. Not to mention the absolutely ridiculous price as compared to other more reputable companies. Utilities are outrageous because of the poor quality of the cooler. Stay as far away as possible.
