This place has a fantastic atmosphere. The workers are all so happy and joking and laughing with each other and the guests, and I love that! As for food, it was great and not so great at the same time. I got a latte made with almond milk, but it seems like it wasn't sweetened at all, so I had to sweeten it and ruin the beautiful barista art. This hurts my heart because it used to be a favorite. The service is OUTSTANDING. The food quality felt like an afterthought. The grits were gritty and almost inedible. I ordered a chicken biscuit but with the cheddar bacon biscuit. The biscuit was cold, the chicken was the size of a nugget. I also had an over medium egg. Clearly the pan was too hot because the edges of the egg were crispy and it was the toughest egg. I tried to wrestle with it but I was already so disappointed. I nibbled around the food. Fun little place with great coffee and breakfast food, would love to come back! (Lunch options too that have not tried) They have lots of fun seasonal options for both as well. As a group we tried the Paris Fog drink (no picture) - was fantastic, definitely recommend if you enjoy tea lattes! Also tried their Karamel Sutra (also very good - that's the photo), Mocha Latte, and iced coffee. I don’t normally write bad reviews but this spot definitely warranted one. The best part of my meal was probably my Berry Latte. The worst part? Where do I even start… Our server was nice but not attentive at all. Our food was brought to our table with no utensils. I asked for utensils and she said she would bring it out to us. Since we were sat by the door that leads to the patio she had passed us a few times without acknowledging the fact that we were STILL waiting for utensils. food was great! I got the vegan rachel wrap for $11, and can honestly say it was amazing! super flavorful and just perfect. i also got the lavender berry latte with almondmilk, and it was okay. i think i’d enjoy their other coffees more. overall though, food was prepared fast, was tasty, and reasonably priced. recommend!
