I’ve had repeated issues with Church Health’s service. This week, I was unable to refill my medication through the patient portal, despite using it successfully since 2023. When I called on January 9, 2025, to resolve the issue, I was transferred multiple times before reaching a rude representative who offered no assistance or instructions. Super clean and all the workers I encountered were so nice!
Every time I call this place they seem like it’s gonna be a long process just to get an appointment.
Dr. Walsh saw me and she is so kind and patient. She really listens to your concerns. She is non-judgmental and encouraging. All of the staff from the front desk to the nurses and everyone else there were absolutely wonderful to me. The facility is beautiful and clean. I can not say enough good things about The Church Health Center.
