I absolutely love each time I have received services at Elite Total Wellness. The staff was polite, efficient and I always get exactly what I paid to receive. The environment is clean, comfortable and inviting. I love that the pricing is upfront and I was never surprised by the bill. I will definitely continue to utilize this business for my wellness needs.
Very nice people. They know how to take good care of you. Tina was good, but she messed up my insurance claim. I clearly conveyed that k don’t want any out of pocket but ended up paying 125$. They did not file the claim for my visit in time and it led to series of events costing me money. The administration is very rude and inconsiderate.
This review is long overdue! I’ve been going to Elite for years and this is consistently the best clinic. Everyone who works here is top notch- they truly care about their patients and make you feel welcomed. Service is fast and attentive. Even after moving to East Memphis, I still travel downtown to Elite because it’s so worth it.
Wonderful staff! Professional, timely & thorough. Great place to get my vitachrome & B12 shots! Had one today & barely felt the needle. I feel so much better after having the shot. I was in & out in 10 min!
This is the best place to go to for what you’re looking for. The Staff are so polite and professional. They really make you feel like family here. No judgements, no tension, no worries. They educate you on any services you are interested in.
