ALWAYS the best! The atmosphere and patient services are amazing. It's been a while since I've been there, and they greeted me like I never missed a beat. The staff is friendly, and NP Smith and Ms. Katie explained everything to me, which made me comfortable.
I had a wonderful experience at the Elite Total Wellness Center! After a hectic week competing in the Ms. United States Pageant—which I’m thrilled to share I won—I was exhausted from the days filled with rehearsals, events, and competition. I needed a pick-me-up and found the Wellness Center easily. I walked in for an IV treatment and left feeling revitalized. I will definitely be coming back. I have been going to Elite Total Wellness for over a year now and have always had an enjoyable visit. The staff there is so warm and welcoming as well as knowledgeable, able to address any of your concerns. Michelle is awesome!
Very nice people. They know how to take good care of you. Tina was good, but she messed up my insurance claim. I clearly conveyed that k don’t want any out of pocket but ended up paying 125$. They did not file the claim for my visit in time and it led to series of events costing me money. The administration is very rude and inconsiderate.
Had a positive experience,as always! No long wait sitting next to other sick people! She listens to you and doesn't rush you,she includes you in her decision, example is she doesn't try to make you do something you don't feel comfortable with! I always feel comfortable there and the young lady at the front desk is kind and helpful. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone 👍🏻
