Front desk staff was nice and welcoming when we came arrived. It didn’t take long for the stylist to come and introduced herself. My stylist was on it! I think the stylists should get a percentage of the money we pay. I know you can tip but they still should receive a percentage.
Very nice ,spacious ,and clean. Students and instructors were nice and professional. Good service for the price.. Only negative was no warm water in the shampoo sinks. 05/03/2025 I have had several visits since my previous post. I have been pleased with my hair services. I like how the students ask for feedback from the instructors when unsure about a technique. I like how easy it is to schedule an appointment and to make changes if needed. Great service for a great price.
Great price with even better customer service. Very thorough mani/pedi provided. I enjoyed watching the rapport among students and their instructors. I appreciated the teamwork among the students to ensure the customer's needs were met. Love my nail art! I'm ready for the 4rh of July now. I look forward to coming back!
