I had a 60 minutes deep tissue massage with Angela and it was everything that I needed. She listened to my requests when it came to pressure and she delivered a perfect massage that was custom to my tolerance. She made me feel very comfortable before, during, and after my massage. I will definitely book Angela again, but this time for a longer massage! 10 stars!
You know when I purchased the half day spa package for my wife for mother's day, I didn't realize this place put the bull in shii. Yall really don't have weekend time available to give the lady what I paid for. Would've been nice to actually it done when gifted instead of darn near 4th of July. Scheduling sucks for overpriced bs.
I know I was a difficult case because my hair was in such terrible condition after being sick, but I do wish we were saved 1k and told to go elsewhere. One stylist essentially got a free 400 dollars (plus tip) for....jabbing at my hair for 2 hours with a rat tail comb. The other actually did make some progress, but by that point my boyfriend was furious he spent a thousand dollars and there was hardly any progress made. I couldn't get in to get any service. I called a couple of times before I left to see if they had availability, nobody answered but the message said they were there until 3. So I took my lunch and drove over. I got there around 1:30 and was told they didn't take people after 1. I tried again today, got there before 1. This time I was told I couldn't be helped because they only take appointments. If this is supposed to be a learning facility, it'd be a great opportunity to also teach front desk client service skills. ... read more
Just wanted to rave about the massage I got from Ann yesterday. My neck had been so stiff. I mentioned this to Ann during the pre-massage consult. As asked, she paid extra attention to my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Yesterday and today, I can immediately notice the difference. My neck feels so much better! The rest of the massage was great, too, I'm just amazed at how much better my neck feels.
