I can't say enough about Gould's and Amber, their fashion color and color correction expert. I wanted to have my hair dyed purple again after months without a hair treatment, and Amber told me that it was going to be a day-long project due to my previous hair stylist's mistakes. My hair had faded to light purple, blue, green and muddy brown. Today, she spent 6 hours, on her normal day off, correcting my hair color and then giving me the best purple hair I've ever seen. Had my usual pleasant hair appointment with Kiani. She is an excellent beautician and does a consistently fine job on the cut and color of my hair. Always prompt at receiving me when I arrive also. I especially like her amiable, cheerful personality and conversation. She was recommended to me initially by 2 people.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Gould’s. This was supposed to be a relaxing spa day, but it turned into a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I was scheduled for a facial, body wrap, manicure, pedicure, and massage, yet out of all those services, I only received two. This is my second visit. I had a relaxation massage with Anna. I had one last month with Anna as well. She is awesome. Attention to detail and she makes sure you are comfortable. Straight A's across the board along with the establishment. Id recommend them to everyone!!
Always greeted by friendly smiling faces! I see Syretta n she is an amazing stylist. She’s taken exceptional care of my hair for the past few years. She’s always on time n I can plan anything afterwards bc she’s on point!
