The post was taken down after I reviewed it on the poplar plaza’s location website. Please read the review and look at my daughters hair after 1 hour of getting it done.Chad told us that we paid for a silk press. This is NOT a silk press at all and we feel very taken advantage of money wise. I am very disappointed.
The Poplar Plaza location is trash! Worst experience I have ever had. Booked a Spa Day of Beauty in advance for today and was told to go to the WRONG location. Went to the location off Ridgeway as directed just to be told to go back to Highland from Midtown. Upon arrival I was told the massage would have to be scrapped completely and they could only do nails.. the lady at the front desk was not very accommodating either in the fact that she called the location I literally just came from to see if they could do the massage an... read more
I've been to the corporate office several times and they are always so friendly and helpful. Dropped by to pick up gift cards I ordered from their Mothers Day sale and that I will use at Park Place on Friday for a 90-minute massage! Love Gould's!!!
My experience was very pleasant and relaxing, what sweet and skill fulled students, they work with you and want to do a great job. I had a very nice experience while getting my Mani-pedi. Can't wait for my next one. Thank you
For the services, they are fairly good. The product lines are very good. I went here as a student, and I never saw or heard of anything bad happening, to a CLIENT. Curriculum wise, very good, I feel like I learned a lot when I went there, however I heard they already have a brand new staff, they haven't been opened for that long, so that should say something about the people there.
