I have been a client at various Gould’s locations over the years. However, I find it inexcusable for Gould’s to discharge a talented colorist because a “Sorority Mom” complained to corporate. It is highly likely that her daughter damaged her own hair by bleaching it too frequently and over-processing it by repeatedly using hot irons and blow dryers daily without the use of heat protectant products. Chad gave me one of the best hair cuts I have ever had! I have long curly/wavy hair. I highly recommend his services! You will have a quality experience!
Sybil (probably misspelled) is awesome. I went to her to get my hair braided. She made sure I was comfortable the whole entire time and talked about what she was doing and putting in my hair. She told me where I could find products to help keep my braids and told me how I should care for them to make them last as long as I could. I love how my hair turned out.
I'm officially done with Gould's. The main reason I go there is because I can get a same day appt. I do love that ab them but (and I've been to 3 different locations) the past few visits I've gotten not so great haircuts. The most recent one being not good at all. She did nothing I asked and she had me in the chair for almost an hour. Maybe I ask for a complicated cut. I just want an inverted bob ( I think that's what u call it) but that's not what I got.
