I have been a client at various Gould’s locations over the years. However, I find it inexcusable for Gould’s to discharge a talented colorist because a “Sorority Mom” complained to corporate. It is highly likely that her daughter damaged her own hair by bleaching it too frequently and over-processing it by repeatedly using hot irons and blow dryers daily without the use of heat protectant products. I'm officially done with Gould's. The main reason I go there is because I can get a same day appt. I do love that ab them but (and I've been to 3 different locations) the past few visits I've gotten not so great haircuts. The most recent one being not good at all. She did nothing I asked and she had me in the chair for almost an hour. Maybe I ask for a complicated cut. I just want an inverted bob ( I think that's what u call it) but that's not what I got. Sybil (probably misspelled) is awesome. I went to her to get my hair braided. She made sure I was comfortable the whole entire time and talked about what she was doing and putting in my hair. She told me where I could find products to help keep my braids and told me how I should care for them to make them last as long as I could. I love how my hair turned out.
I have been going to Tracy to get botox and other fillers and she is absolutely amazing. She really knows all the products and has a good eye to help me achieve the look I want. Highly recommend. Also, Beth does my facials and she is also amazing and very knowledgeable and does a great massage as well. The nail techs are great and so are the stylist and the very friendly front desk. High end products also which I love.
Love this place! Friendly staff that cares about the needs of the clients. I’ve been using box color on my hair for 30 years. Had an appointment with Crystal today for a color correction and she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She is very professional, knowledgeable and super sweet. I left there feeling like a rockstar. The color turned out perfect and my hair looks and feels very healthy. Will definitely go back for sure!
