It’s unfortunate I’m writing this review but I need to share my experience so other woman like me are more careful. I have been a regular at Gould’s for over a decade now, given thousands of dollars in business but I won’t be going back again. I went for a massage and forgot my gold chain necklace there. They called me to let me know they have it in their drawer and I can come collect it anytime. Terrible experience. I cried when I got home and saw the extent of the mess caused by Mallorie. I like a long bob style and was very clear that I only wanted a tidy up before my vacation next week, with the length sitting on my shoulder. I even emphasized how important it was for me to still be able to tie my hair back. Instead, my hair was cut to chin length, about two inches above my shoulder, and now I can’t tie it up. I had a prenatal massage with Christi (I’m 6 months pregnant), and it was AMAZING!! I’ve had a lot of back and hip pain, and Christi made sure I was comfortable, used perfect pressure, and made the whole experience so relaxing! I feel so much better and will definitely be making another appointment with her soon.
Had the best facial today with Cary! She was very sweet, professional and explained everything she was doing.My skin looks amazing, can’t wait to go back.
I probably shouldn’t even say this but Valencia is one of Gould’s best kept secrets re: massages. She doesn’t know it yet, but at this point, she is stuck with me for life. When I tell you she goes above and beyond, she does. Elbow grease n all! Lol! I tell her where my ailments are and she hits the target spots right on the nail. She actually allows me to gain the full experience and relax as well (little to no talking).
