My hair was pretty bad. Kimberly did a fantastic job. She took her time to fix it. At the end some one came up and stood behind us (I am assuming the manager) because she had to take time to fix my hair. That was not a good customer service. I would have given Kimberly five stars but because of the incident at the end the salon got 4 stars

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Goulds. I planned a bridal shower/Bachelorette get together at this location and the staff was beyond INCREDIBLE and accommodating. Between organizing the times for our 20 guests to get massages, pedicures, manicures, or facials, to providing us a room for our caterer to deliver food, every moment was amazing. I went In for a basic cut the dead ends off. No wash or style. Just a cut. It was convenient to say the least. I was in and out - 10 minutes. Giving 4 stars because the hair dresser literally said 3 things to me the entire experience. Look down, look this way, and you can pay at the front desk... I won't say I won't go back, but will say it bummed me out a bit.
Kimberlee is a true artist. I have been getting highlights for 30 years and I have never had such perfectly blended color. I thought maybe I had beginner’s luck, but today was my second appointment and they are just as perfect. She takes genuine pride in her work, and it shows!
