Celebrated my granddaughters 6th birthday with a spa day. We had a wonderful time and everybody was so kind and catered to her. The all did a great job and she looked adorable with a new hair cut, tinsel, pedi and mani. Thank you to everyone there!
I’ve been searching all over the Memphis area for a truly great manicure and pedicure salon. I’ve tried so many places, but nothing quite worked—whether it was issues with cuticle care, uneven cuts, or just not right. Gould’s in Collierville is amazing! I did the spa package today and every person was incredible. Each service provider was kind, welcoming, spent time educating, and completely nailed the service. Valencia gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, Cary helped me work through some skin issues, and Erica did an amazing mani/pedi while helping with some dry heel issues I’ve been having. The entire service was professional and they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had such a great experience here!
Alex W did an exceptional job today servicing my daughter. She was very pleasant with daughter and had conversations with her. I was so pleased with the foot care recommendations that she gave us for feet since she plays soccer. My daughter told me that she enjoyed her visit and can’t wait to go back. I don’t leave negative reviews unless I truly feel they’re warranted, and unfortunately this experience was. I’ve been getting this exact color combination for nearly three years, so I was really excited when I saw it was available at this salon. The quality, however, was extremely disappointing. The polish coverage is poor, there are visible bubbles, and the edges and corners of my nails are barely covered.
