My hairstylist Kimberlee was amazing!! I called and needed a haircut on super short notice and they were able to fit me in with her the following day. She was so kind and accommodating throughout the entire service!! Very communicative and thorough, she made it very clear that my comfort was paramount. I had the most amazing massage experience with Alex, yet again! From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and welcomed. Alex was incredibly professional, attentive to my needs, and focused on areas where I held the most tension. The atmosphere was peaceful, and every detail— from the soothing music to the perfect pressure— made this a truly rejuvenating session. I walked out feeling completely refreshed and stress-free. I highly recommend Alex to anyone looking for a high-quality massage!
Came into town for Christmas party. So easy to make an apt and they were very accommodating! My stylist Kymberlee curled my hair and did my makeup for the event. She did a fantastic job and she made it a very comfortable and fun experience! Everyone in the salon was very nice!
I cannot say enough good things about Kimberly. She very knowledgeable and she does A great job on my hair. She’s courteous friendly and she made my hair healthy.
My hair was pretty bad. Kimberly did a fantastic job. She took her time to fix it. At the end some one came up and stood behind us (I am assuming the manager) because she had to take time to fix my hair. That was not a good customer service. I would have given Kimberly five stars but because of the incident at the end the salon got 4 stars
