My hair was pretty bad. Kimberly did a fantastic job. She took her time to fix it. At the end some one came up and stood behind us (I am assuming the manager) because she had to take time to fix my hair. That was not a good customer service. I would have given Kimberly five stars but because of the incident at the end the salon got 4 stars
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Goulds. I planned a bridal shower/Bachelorette get together at this location and the staff was beyond INCREDIBLE and accommodating. Between organizing the times for our 20 guests to get massages, pedicures, manicures, or facials, to providing us a room for our caterer to deliver food, every moment was amazing. I brought both my daughters here to get their hair straightened out and trimmed. The stuff was amazing. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
Went in for an appointment at 1:45 with kymberlee to get a balayage. She worked on my hair for 7 hours, finally got to leave at 8:30pm. Was told she charged more than other employees because of her experience. Ended up spending well over $200 and left with hair looking the same as I went in. Highly disappointed.
The massage tech and facial tech were very good. Had me feeling so relaxed. Can't wait to book again. 😌💆♀️ #selfcare #relaxation #treatyourself
