My first time here and the experience was great! The receptionist was nice and she directed me to where I needed to go. Raven did an awesome job on my powder dipped nails! Perfectly natural looking-just the way I like. I will definitely go back!
I was impressed from the time I took the elevator to the 2nd floor at the receptionist desk. She was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable. The service I received from my facial technician was excellent. She explained every procedure and process to me prior to completing each task. Just one reminder this is a professional student academy and experience teachers oversee the students work. One last reminder you can get excellent coupons on the Groupon App….
Ashley did my massage & she did a fantastic job! Will be back to see her! All the ladies at front desk were very pleasant & welcoming.
Maxine was HORRIBLE! I went for a simple flat iron and I have burns around my face (edges) and in the top of my head. Poplar Plaza is where I normally go and Bianca does my hair flawlessly well and I pay $40 and I tip her well! Today was supposedly with a more seasoned stylist so I paid $65.00 which was $65.00 too much! This lady will NEVER touch my hair again. She should be banned from touching anyone with a flat iron! I had an hour relaxation massage today with Larrika, she was absolutely AWESOME!! Very professional and thorough. She focused on the areas where I needed the most attention but also other areas. I have already told my family about her and plan to reurn very soon.
