Ashley did my massage & she did a fantastic job! Will be back to see her! All the ladies at front desk were very pleasant & welcoming.
My experience was amazing! My husband bought me the Ultimate Spa Day Package for Mother’s Day. We recently had a pregnancy loss and the ladies really helped make what was going to be a hard day be not so bad. I walked out smiling. Thank you so much to Khadidra, Angela, Raven, and the receptionist ( I don’t remember her name)! You ladies were wonderful!
My review mostly reflects the lack of customer service I received from the front desk staff not my massage. Although, I did enjoy my massage and was very relaxed afterwards the treatment I received from the attendant at the front desk upon leaving completely tarnished my experience. Hopefully some additional training will take place in the very near future on how to resolve unique situations in a manner that will not make your customers feel alienated.
I recently visited this salon for a haircut and balayage, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Ally did an amazing job transforming my hair, and I absolutely love my new look. She paid attention to every detail and ensured that I left feeling confident and satisfied. I highly recommend Ally for anyone looking for professional and exceptional service.
Maxine was HORRIBLE! I went for a simple flat iron and I have burns around my face (edges) and in the top of my head. Poplar Plaza is where I normally go and Bianca does my hair flawlessly well and I pay $40 and I tip her well! Today was supposedly with a more seasoned stylist so I paid $65.00 which was $65.00 too much! This lady will NEVER touch my hair again. She should be banned from touching anyone with a flat iron!
