I cannot recommend Leanne highly enough! Update on this post> I also wanted to show her attempt at face framing. I honestly think she did this on purpose. She angled the scissors and did the cut for face framing then she stopped and didnt look at the total picture she created she didnt blend it with the rest of my hair. She just cut downward at an angle once on each side and took my cape off. Im getting more irritated by the day. Im calling corporate today as the owner asked me to do. Best Gould's in Memphis!! Megan does fantastic color, and Chad cut my hair today and it looks so good!!!! I have really thick hair, and lots of stylists don't know what do do with it. However, Chad cut, sculpted, and layered it beautifully! My hair looks so much healthier, and I still got to keep my length. 10/10 reccommend!!!💜💜💜 Below are before and after😜
Disappointing , arrived at 9am appointment on March 24, to find out their hair stylist aren’t skilled or experienced with black hair. The stylist I was booked with doesn’t accept black people hair. Receptionist blamed coworkers for booking the appointment and said to me their stylist are not available or experiencing a black woman’s hair. I was loss for words. Chad is the absolute best! I have very thick, long, Middle Eastern hair. I often don’t trust people with my hair but I was really looking for a change and booked impulsively. Chad asked all the right questions to understand what look I really wanted, gave tips on both washing/styling, and did my cut beautifully! You can tell her really takes the time and effort to get the look done the way you want it. Really happy I found him and will be back to see him again very soon!
