I went there because I was looking for some nice hotel close of the stadium, the room it was a pretty such small (I understand the price for the area) but my most biggest problem it was with the parking lot, you need to call to some number phone so they can give to you the access (or if you want to leave you need too) the price for the parking lot it was of $7 and if I’m honest I thought usually the parking will be free if you gonna stay there, no? Anyways The lobby is really nice
We came in to town for the st Jude marathon and the location couldn’t be more perfect. The 5 and 10k literally started right outside the door. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful as well as the attached bar, that we loved. Rocky, the concierge, went above and beyond and helped us get to the Grizzly game since we got in late. Hotel Napoleon is our new favorite place to stay in Memphis.
I stayed here for a few nights while visiting a patient at st Jude. Their website advertised pull-up valet and luggage assistance which was important to me for safety purposes, as I was a female alone in downtown Memphis and would be coming/going after dark each day. Despite the detailed claims on their website about valet, there is no valet. Front desk worker Tim and Concierge Rocky allowed me to have the best experience I could ask for. I proposed to the woman of my dreams at this location and they made sure that everything worked out great for us. This place will forever be a great memory for us.
Rocky and team were excellent during the check in procedure. Rocky was very knowledgeable about the hotel, the Memphis area and the history of the region. The remodel of the hotel is very nice and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location of the hotel is convenient to many great Memphis attractions.
