So I paid $8400 7 years ago for a brand new roof. Today water is running in my bedroom so I drive to Topridge roofing which I thought was a business but seems to be this guts house. He was very nonchalant with me and stated that the work is out of warranty after two years. I stated that the rep told me it's a life time warranty he then stated only on the shingles and it will be a $250 charge to come out and look. I’ve been lucky to find the @UniqueYard guys to install my Christmas lights. They couldn’t make it easier. Their work was first rate. Their communication and follow up was what we all hope for. Knowing all the services that TopRidge offers I know who I will call when the need arises.
TopRidge ,did an outstanding job not only in getting my roof replaced, but they also repaired the interior & garage damage. All my questions and concerns where answered immediately. I've heard a lot of neighbours saying trying to get their roof repair is a very stressful process. With TOPRIDGE I STRESSED LESS. Seth, and the team took care of us as if it was their own home.
